1. Returns and refunds are not supportedAs scented candles are personal care products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any form of returns or refunds, including but not limited to the following situations:
    Unopened or used goods;
    Requests for returns or exchanges due to the customer’s personal preferences (such as subjective factors like smell and color);
    Promotional activities or discounted goods;
    The problem of tariffs or logistics delays caused by international transportation.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have shipping damage or quality problems (such as broken packaging, broken candles, etc.), please send photos or video evidence to airmost@aromatherapyxs.com within 48 hours after signing for them and we will verify and negotiate a solution (such as replacement or partial compensation) for you.
